    I do not recommend this location to consumers.  I ordered and payed for extra sauce and extra cheese. What I got was light sauce and light/missing cheese.  They delivered a pizza to me that had bare/bald patches.  I will not order food from this location again as Papa John's quality has gone way down hill.

    This location is trash. There really is no better word for them. I've tried multiple times, to place an order for delivery with ridiculous wait times of 129+ minutes. First time I called and spoke with Chase.. what a ABSOLUTE joke.. first I was lied to about the payment being processed, then lied to about it being refunded. Initial thought was "maybe it was a fluke of the terrible service and rude employee. So I tried again tonight... nope, I was wrong. Same obnoxious wait times. Called again.. to my surprise, Chase answers and again with a excuse on wait times and couldn't even talk about it like a mature human being, instead hung up.. wow lol this place is a joke and you'd be better off driving to Kroger for the store brand pizza and making it yourself. Would probably be better quality too. Just pathetic really..

    Every time i give in and order from them i'm always hoping that maybe it will be better "this time". But it never is. We ordered 1 large 3 topping thin crust and it was $ 21.00. I thought that was kinda high for just a 3 topping. It wasn't worth half that amount. The whole thing looked dried out and very little toppings on it. The crust was burned. NEVER AGAIN will i get pizza from here! They are most likely nasty with the food also if they care nothing about the quality of their pizza's. And i'm sure so called "management" could care less. They don't even bother to defend themselves in these bad reviews.

    I ordered PaPa Johns  XL 2 topping pizza with beef and onions,online as carry out. I requested it be well done. I opened the box in store and noticed that there was very little meat. I spoke to a worker who handed me my order about this. He stated that that was the amount they were supposed to put on this extra large pizza and that I should have ordered double meat. I let him know I disagreed and left with the pizza. When I got home and tried to serve it to my family , we realized it was not fully baked and I had to place it in the oven. This was very disappointing.

    Once again thoroughly disappointed with the quality of pizza. The only reason I ordered from here was a deal that was a great savings. Horrible idea! Ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza and just laughed when I opened the box. 2 pieces were actually just cheese and these rest was all messed up. Just a sloppy, mushy, undercooked pizza.
